The recycling of computers and a many of other types of electronic equipment is an important factor in preserving the environment. The rapid evolution of computers has resulted in millions of computers coming to the end of their useful life. The improper disposal of PC and monitor equipment is quickly becoming an environmental hazard.

By 2010 it is estimated that over 600 million computers will become obsolete. Unless properly disposed of and recycled this could render havoc to the environment. It's time that we recycle computers in Aurora, Newmarket, Oak Ridges - York Region, Ontario - in a way that's safe for everyone.

We all have a choice on how to dispose of our used computers and we can choose to do it in a socially responsible way that is environmentally friendly. MIB Computers is proud to bring an environmentally friendly solution to used, old computers and computer parts. Working with businesses and residential communities our Computer Recycling Program in Aurora was established to safely and properly recycle old computers, CRT monitors and electronic equipment so hazardous materials and pollutants stay out of the environment. We will ensure that computer components are used or disposed of in a way that is productive and safe for the environment. We also do computer recycling for Newmarket, Oak Ridges - York Region, Ontario. If a computer component cannot be reused it is disassembled and recycled in accordance with Ontario’s Environmental Protection Act (R.S.O. 1990). MIB Computers will come and pick-up your used computer equipment at your place of business or residence.

Due to inherited costs of disposal there is a minimal charge is for this service. We would, however, like to make it clear that this does not cover our time and costs to pick-up and properly dispose of any computer electronic equipment we receive. It is by no means profitable to us.
